The Gecko Holdings group including the operational assets of the associated company Andawar AB, developers of world-class eco-tourism destinations in Myanmar as well as a portfolio holding of Over the Water Capital AB, have today been finally divested to a group of Burmese private investors. The buyers have acquired Gecko Holdings Ltd., incl. its subsidiaries, and all rights related to the development of luxury resorts on Kyun Philar, a paradise island in the Myeik Archipelago, located off the southwest coast of Myanmar.

The divestment implies a successful exit for Over the Water Capital, which has been an investor actively contributing to the considerable value growth of Gecko Holdings Ltd since 2013.
