Tific AB, a leading provider of automated IT support solutions (to automatically diagnose and resolve technical problems) to some of the largest U.S. and European companies, was sold to PlumChoice Inc. on 11. May 2011.

Up until the acquisition, Tific had developed and sold proprietary second generation support automation and self service solutions and helped numerous enterprise service desks and managed service providers assisting enterprises. In the consumer market, Tific Support Automation Solution in a cost effective way have helped providers of consumer hardware, software and internet services to deliver sophisticated customer support solutions.
